We always feel like we’re in good hands, and no one is pushy or demanding as far as sales of other issues. Dino, at Westlake, will even let us know when we’ve got issues on the horizon so that we can begin to save up for those repairs in advance, and he also lets us know which is most pressing. They are really honest folks. Every time.

Great service and was very upfront with what was wrong with my car and how much it was going to cost to fix it. They even showed me the old parts and exactly what was wrong with them. After fixing all of the issues they even took it to get E-checked so I didn’t have to. I couldn’t be more impressed.

I know a thing or two about cars, and I’ve never felt that they were trying to dump repairs onto me that weren’t necessary – they took the time to explain what they wanted to do and why. And they never do anything without getting the customer’s approval first.
They provide affordable inspections and quotes for service as well as provide free loaner vehicles while yours is getting serviced. I think that speaks volumes in today’s car service market where usually if you don’t have a ride you are stuck waiting. I really hope my car doesn’t break down, but if it does, I’m going to Rad Air for service!
