Unlike other auto shops in the industry, we do not require technicians, mechanics, assistant managers, or support staff to meet sales quotas, and we don’t have any commissions or SPIFF programs—just honest pay for honest work. We find this eliminates workplace competition, fosters teamwork, and prevents our staff from selling services the client does not need. Rad Air is happy to offer paid and unpaid apprenticeships, internships, and shadowing opportunities for young students. This is a fantastic way to get real on-the-job experience and determine whether you are interested in a future career in automotive repair. You may even join us one day as a professional mechanic or technician!
