Downtown Cleveland

Have been a longtime customer of this Rad-Air location in Downtown Cleveland and they’ve always been great. Timely servicing, great communication and they’ve helped me out many times by giving me loaner vehicles so I’m not stranded while my car is being worked on. Latest service was a replacement wheel hub that was evaluated in the morning and fixed that same day. Great work guys, really appreciate it.

I love this place! They are always able to help me with my urgent car problems with such a kind attitude even though they are swamped. The job is always of great quality and I trust them. Best mechanics in Cleveland.

Fair Reliable Mechanic. In my experience, their prices are fair & they don’t suggest things you don’t need. There have been several times where I would have accepted that I needed an expensive part or new tires/rims etc for my older car, but the repair was much simpler and cheaper. Refreshing to have a mechanic who isn’t trying to extract as much cash as they can from you.

Had a nail in my tired I needed to be fixed quickly. Rob was polite and friendly and got me right in. His team worked quickly and got my tire back into shape. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professionalism and quality. Will return for work when needed!

My wife and I were visiting from out of town and had brake trouble the morning we planned to head home. We called Rad Air as soon as they opened and Rob (very nice guy) quickly answered the phone. Within an hour they had our Jeep on a lift, diagnosed the problem, and gave us a price quote. They fixed up our Jeep and had us on the road that afternoon! We are so appreciative they were able to help us so quickly! We didn’t even have to change our travel plans.

First time customer… I must have called back at least 5 times prior to taking my car in for new tires to be installed and every single time Rob Simione was perfect in his customer service delivery! Even when I dropped my car off to get new tires Rob was still superior in his customer service delivery. The price I paid came in lower than what was quoted and they had my car ready sooner than expected. Overall, EXTREMELY satisfied with this visit… I will definitely be back!!! Thank you!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Rad Air! They are seriously the best! The staff is so friendly and accommodating & Rob at the front desk is awesome! I’m lucky to have such a reliable mechanic shop 🙂
