It is very convenient because it is in downtown Cleveland, a block from my work. I drop it off in the morning and by the end of my shift it is finished. I took it in for an oil change and asked Paul to check if I needed new tires. He said I could easily wait until the end of the year, which saved me probably $1200 in tires he could have easily told me I needed now. It is nice to have a maintenance garage you can trust!
