These have been hard times for everyone and COVID has pushed us all so far out of our comfort zones that life has... become fragile. I say this because even the necessities of everyday life has become tenuous at best. Life has turned upside down and pushed us further into isolation and we are now insulated from social interaction. Clearly put it's a time when we should celebrate every positive event. RAD AIR/Lee = Extremely efficient, incredibly professional, no wait for service (I was in dire need). Lee conducts himself in a warm and confident manner, I felt like I stopped in to sit with a friend in his living room for a cup of coffee and a friendly chat while he thoroughly reviewed with me every detail of the services I received. For a minute life felt normal all because of the sincere pride and confidence of the work. I took a road trip yesterday and I felt like I was driving a brand new car. I will NEVER go anywhere else for service.read more

Have been using Rad-Air on Broadview road for 5+ years. The work is always satisfactory. Mary and Lee are very service... and customer oriented. I can usually get an appointment in a couple days, sometimes next day. Loaner vehicles are available and they are clean and in good running order. Their prices are competitive. My AC compressor broke down and my husband researched online where to take it to repair it, so he found Rad Air and... checked the reviews, he was very pleased to see many good reviews about how professional and honest this business was, so we decided to take it to the store. We ended up needing to replace the AC compressor, after we got it fixed, a week or two later, the AC had a weird sound, so we took it back for revision, Lee ended up replacing the AC compressor for another one with no cost. We are very satisfied for the job and we are definitely recommend anyone to this business.read more

They were waiting for me when I arrived and had the tire repaired in less than 30 minutes. I am so glad I found this place! My fiancé and I have both used them for issues we have had with our cars since moving... to this area a few years ago. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and straight forward. I always feel like I am treated with respect, and I trust them to do the work I need correctly the first time at a very reasonable price. Nothing is better than being taken care of! Dropped my Jeep off, got a call from Lee who explained what was going wrong... inside my vehicle, his plan to fix it and how long it would take. Great service at great price. Mr Lee is very professional, he explains thoroughly and helps me understand what the... issues of my car are. When I went to other places before, usually the mechanics would either leave me in the dark about the issue of my car or not inform me at all when proceeding with an expensive procedure, then make me pay ridiculous amount for only a minor issues. They take the time to explain what the work being done intailes. Having a mechanic that you can trust is a wonderful thing. We have been using Rad Air for about 14 years and have... NEVER had a bad experience. They treat us like family and give very honest assessments on repairs while considering the age and condition of the vehicle. They identify items that are needed for safety and advise on items that are optional. To accommodate social distancing, you can drop the vehicle off the night before and pickup when ready. And if that is not reason enough to use them, they give you a bag of chocolate chip cookies when you pick up your car!read more

Lee is a mechanic you can truly trust with your vehicle and your wallet. His work is fair and he explains all of his work in detail before getting started. Lee has taught me so much about cars over the years. He has shown me my broken parts and why they need replaced, explained the mechanics of each, and the importance of the repairs.
