In 2022 Rad Air Racing was formed as a way for our franchisees and their team members to live life in the fast lane. The culture in our service centers consists of working hard, growing as professionals, and having fun. The race team fully supports this culture.
Our previous seasons were awesome. From multiple podiums to helping new racers get behind the wheel, the Rad Air Racing team delivered on all fronts. In 2024 we campaigned three cars in the ChampCar Endurance Series at Nelson Ledges Road Course, Mid Ohio Sports Car Course, and Pittsburgh International Race Complex.
We offer a true arrive and drive program for endurance racing drivers that includes a fully supported weekend. This includes a podium ready car, test day, all meals, snacks, and beverages.
Bill Snow, Vice President of Franchise Development, oversees the team and fields questions from other teams and racers who have taken notice of the team’s early success.
“I usually get asked, how did we do it? Meaning, how did we develop a team that works well together and has fun while doing it,” said Bill. “Simple, we’ve just extended the Rad Air values and culture to the team and those values leas to a culture that is focused on executing at the highest levels while having fun .”
The team gets engaged in the community with events like Fill The Race Car – A Drive To End Hunger food drive event. The race cars make their way to several Rad Air Complete Car Care locations to help collect food for local food banks. The cars get filled with food and local food pantries get stocked.
The team has great sponsors and partners that help make racing with Rad Air even better. We serve Hoppin’ Frog Brewery beer with dinner each night, Heritage Coffee’ Full Throttle coffee wakes us up in the morning, LMS-EFI provides ECU and wiring installation and support, Wrapped By SB makes the cars look great, the Late To Grid Podcast tells the team’s story, Atomic Autosports get the alignments dialed in, Inspeyered Tree Service sponsors the team, Track First not only sponsors us but also makes sure the team and cars have the gear they need, Media Magnet creates our video content, and Lyden Oil supplies the cars all the important fluids and chemicals that keep them running well.
