Our Parma Heights automotive repair shop is the first and oldest Rad Air location. This location started as a radiator and air conditioning specialty shop, but expanded to full auto service in 1986.
As the base shop for Rad Air Complete Car Care and Tire Centers, the Parma Heights Rad Air is home to a full staff of Cleveland Hybrid employees and loaner vehicles. This facility is equipped with the tools and knowledge to handle any hybrid or electric vehicle repair or maintenance service including tricky hybrid drive battery issues.
We have a local reputation for properly diagnosing and fixing unique and complex automotive problems. The Parma Heights team goes the extra mile to make sure each vehicle is fixed right the first time and is passionate about keeping clients safe on the road and helping to maintain their vehicles.

I went to the dealership for an oil change and service check. I was informed I needed rear shocks. I read the reviews... on Yelp regarding Rad Air and thought I'd get a second opinion. Rob assisted me and informed me that my shocks are just fine and I have nothing to worry about. He even went the extra mile to check the alignment. He was thorough, honest, and sincere. These guys are extremely friendly and attentive to your needs. Brought my car in for a safety inspection and had 2... front lower control arms and alignment done. I even brought it back because I thought I heard some noise from the front end and they were so willing to go above and beyond to make sure that the work they performed on the car was up to there standards. Even offered to put it back up on the lift to make sure and took it for a test drive. Turns out I just need some new rotors and pads which was causing the noise. 10/10 from me! My wife and I recently brought a 1991 Mercury Capri to enjoy during the summer. We google searched to find a good... mechanic near our home in Cleveland. Rad auto in Parma Heights had by far the best review. We took our car there for an oil change but had them look over the car so that way we can make sure it is safe. The crew looked over our car called us with what they thought we should get repaired. They were honest, up front, and fair on the price. Staff seemed friendly and semi informative.I truly wish that the confirmation email would have stated that you cannot... wait inside of the establishment due to Covid 19 or at least a courtesy call be for arrival. Any repairs or check up requires time and it was so inconvenient to have to leave the establishment in an area I’m unfamiliar with. I had to get a ride share just so I wouldn’t be stranded outside which isn’t cheap.read more

I have been taking my cars to Rad Air in Parma Heights for years. The service has always been great. The free loaner... car is a great option when times are busy. They stand by their work and their 2 year service warranty. No hassle or attempts to get out of the warranty. I had a thermostat valve go bad; Rad Air replaced it. About a year later the same thermostat valve went bad again. I forgot about the warranty until Rad Air called to tell me my car was ready. I asked how much it was going to cost and they said $0. They reminded me about the bad valve from a year ago and it was covered by their 2 year warranty. Rad Air in Parma Heights stands by their word. I trust them to do a great job maintaining and repairing my car.read more

I’ve been to Rad Air a few times for small jobs. This time I needed some work done on my winter car that required a... little more time and finesse.
