What Do You Do with Old Bumper Cars?

A California man by the name of Tom Wright decided to save some old bumper cars from a local amusement park and turn them into works of automotive art! By using a motorcycle engine to power the little cars, these colorful rides are street legal. Check out this video for some pictures! . . . . .
