Each summer Rad Air Complete Car Care and Century Harley-Davidson in Medina, Ohio team up to sponsor a Cruise for a Cure cancer ride. To raise money for the Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Institute, riders pledge to complete the 2-day trip in exchange for donations. This year, sixteen riders raised $25,000 which directly benefits cancer care and research at Cleveland Clinic hospitals and institutions. The riders rode nearly 200 miles to Warren, Pennsylvania. Along the ride they were able to stop and view the scenic Kinzua Dam in the Allegheny National Forest just six miles outside of Warren.
In celebration of the successful cancer ride, the riders were welcomed back to Century Harley-Davidson with an open party including a cookout, fun games, raffles and prizes. We’re proud of the funds raised for the Cleveland Clinic Taussig Institute and are happy all of our riders completed the trip safely and successfully!
