Congratulations to Mr. Dave Shega of Cleveland, Ohio! His 1981 Pontiac Grand Prix LJ is our Rad Ride for July! Mr. Shega ordered this white pontiac new from a local dealer in Brookpark, Ohio. He ordered it with all of the options including full power, T-tops and the Pontiac-built V-8 engine. He has held onto this vehicle for more than 30 years because it has a special, sentimental value to him. This car is responsible for his marriage. Mr. Shega says, “I was cruising through the Metroparks, t-tops off, when I passed a car parked along the road and “Hey, nice car!” came out from an underhood speaker. I turned around the introduced myself to the girl in the front seat and 3 years later we were married.” This Grand Prix is the reason he met his wife, and his wife is the reason he held onto the Grand Prix. You can see this car and various car shows throughout the summer!
