Called Rad Air to inspect my Jeep's transmission due to months of intermittent shifting issues. Over the phone, Paul gave me a simple procedure to reset my transfer case control module, which instantly fixed the issue. He could have easily charged a couple hundred dollars for an inspection fee for what was ultimately a 2 minute fix. Needless to say I'm a Rad Air customer now!
Wonderful service. I took my car to Rad Air after having major transmission issues, and they also scanned for other issues that other places missed.
