Paul is absolutely amazing. Very responsive to any concerns and great about setting timely appointments. He explains repairs clearly, especially for someone like me who doesn't know a lot about cars, and he is honest about critical repair needs versus repairs that can wait.
It is very convenient because it is in downtown Cleveland, a block from my work. I drop it off in the morning and by the end of my shift it is finished. I took it in for an oil change and asked Paul to check if I needed new tires.
